1. About us

This website is operated by NASHIONIT SpA under the Vístete Local brand ("Vístete Local", "we", "us"). Vístete Local is a marketplace that brings together pieces by independent Chilean designers. All sales on this site are processed and shipped by Vístete Local.

2. Acceptance

By browsing or purchasing on this site, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Exchanges Policy and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country.

3. Products

Our pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, so they may show slight variations in color, texture or finish compared to the photos. We do our best to display colors accurately, but they may vary depending on your screen. Measurements and materials are listed on each product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). If you choose to view prices in another currency, the conversion is for reference only and your bank may charge currency exchange fees. Prices do not include import duties or taxes in the destination country. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, securely processed by Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of an obvious pricing or information error.

5. Orders and availability

Many of our pieces are one of a kind or have very limited stock. All orders are subject to availability: if an item is unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund for that item. We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or cannot verify payment or shipping information.

6. Shipping and import

Shipping times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The recipient acts as the importer and is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and customs charges in their country. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered.

7. Returns and exchanges

Conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds are detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, text and logos on this site belong to Vístete Local or the designers we represent, and may not be used without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vístete Local is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site, or for delays caused by couriers, customs or other events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this site at the time of your purchase.
