PRODUCT WARRANTY

If upon opening your product you find it damaged (cracked, dented) or has any abnormality, you must notify us within 10 business days of receiving your product by emailing us at contacto@vistetelocal.com. If you exceed this deadline, The product will not be exchanged , as we will assume that it was damaged due to misuse.

In the case of underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, socks, panties, bodysuits, and sports bibs, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. *Applies to products sold and delivered by Vístete Local and to Associated Stores.

You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your product to return your purchase.

The product must be in its original packaging, with labels and unused.

Products that are hoops, underwear, unique pieces/garments, or pre-order products cannot be exchanged, so you must request repair of the product within the same period stipulated above, 10 days from when you received the product.

You must contact us at contacto@vistetelocal.com to find out the return address. You must include proof of purchase in the package and the dispatch is on your account.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund. If you wish to exchange it for another product, the purchase price of the product you are returning will be considered.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
