Exchanges can be made with a receipt, as long as the product is unused and in perfect condition. You have a maximum of 10 days to exchange the shoes, counting from the date you receive them.

Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer, who must manage and be responsible for this process. This is except in cases where the product requires exchange due to a defect or improper shipping.

We do not issue refunds after 10 days of purchase.
